Marc Veenstra has been with State Farm for 11 years, he is a second-generation State Farm agent in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Marc, his wife Ashley (a Nurse Practitioner at U of M West), son Whitaker (a three-year-old "Food Critic"), daughter Wren (born on Thanksgiving last year), and their King Charles Cavalier Wynnie, live in Ada, MI. Marc graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Business Administration degree in Economics after attending Grand Rapids ChristianHigh school. His mother Marsha has served the Grand Rapids area for over 37 years as a State Farm agent. Marc loves to travel, spend time in nature, and is an avid reader. He is very passionate at giving back to the community that has supported him his entire life, and he has supported and volunteered at many non-profits in the area for many years including Degage, Mel Trotter, Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, Kids Food Basket, GRCC Giants Awards, American Heart Association & Gilda's Club.

First, as snow melts we tend to see lots of water leaks on roofs so keep an eye out. Secondly, early spring tends to be a good time to prune back trees that are encroaching on your home!
