"I was pleased with the early process of application and the profesional manner o fthe first intake. There seemed to be an extraordinary amount of paper copies for the policies. There was some confusion with communication about signatures needed, but it was finally resolved. I never did meet Marc!!"

As for the signatures, unfortunately the state of Michigan does require extensive signatures for every customer on each individual car.
